TVR Chimaera 5.0 “Ferrari Formula Red”

This lovely Mk2 TVR Chimaera 500 has been owned by its last custodian since March 1999. Outside the Ferrari Formula Red paintwork is immaculate and unmarked, the original Estoril wheels have just been refurbished and fitted with brand new Toyo tyres. Having been garaged its entire life the black Mohair hood is in almost as new condition.
Inside the original cream interior is in excellent condition with a full set of Leven interior components inc the ultra rare alloy checkerboard stamped dash. The carpets have just been replaced by a leading TVR trimmer and are contrasting black with black binding.
Benefitting from not only being a 5 litre but also a Mk2 with the later grille and rear bumper. It is fitted with the Serpentine engine and T5 gearbox which give the most reliability.
Having covered less than 2,000 miles in the last 10 years servicing has been a little sparse so Str8six decided to carry out a partial recommission inc. chassis clean up & paint, new suspension components, major service, new tyres etc. The car is now ready to be enjoyed by its next owner for high days and holidays.
The car comes with its original TVR service file and service documents dating back to 2000.
